What is the mobility lease?
The mobility lease is a furnished rental contract with a minimum rental period of 1 month and a maximum of 10 months.

Can I rent out my second home in Paris under a mobility lease ?
Yes, this lease can be used as many times as necessary to rent the same accommodation (provided that it does not rent for more than 10 months to the same tenant). The mobility lease is a residential lease that does not require a prior change of use of the accommodation.
Do I have to register my accommodation with the town hall of my district in Paris?
No, as long as you only rent under a mobility lease. Renting out accommodation in Paris with a mobility lease does not require registration with the City Hall. This is valid regardless of the category of accommodation, whether it is a main residence or a secondary residence.

A suitable calendar
Your accommodation booking slots will be between 30 and 300 days in your calendar, in accordance with regulations.
Before arrival
Before a tenant arrives, a digital contract will be sent to the tenant and the owner, which they must both complete, in accordance with regulations.
The day of arrival
The park manager will carry out an inventory and present the accommodation to you.
The park manager and the tenant agree on a time to carry out the exit inventory before departure.
